CHARACTER & LIFE SKILLS DEVELOPMENT

A Structured Journey of Growth

At GOAL360, character and life skills are not treated as add-ons or one-off talks. They sit at the heart of our philosophy and are developed with the same purpose and structure as football training.

Across each learner’s journey, every child engages in up to 60 structured life skills sessions, carefully designed to support growth from ages 9 to 15.

These sessions form part of our Academic, Character & Life Skills (ACLS) curriculum and are organised into two age bands - 9-12 and 13-15. Each band includes up to 30 distinct sessions. While themes may recur, each is intentionally deepened and adapted to be age-appropriate, more sophisticated, and never repetitive for the individual learner.

The progression mirrors how young footballers develop - building foundations, applying skills in context, and eventually leading with confidence and direction.

The table below outlines the key areas your child will experience throughout these sessions.
